Lodging Rates are $80 per night
per person, for a total of $400 per person. Participants will be
housed in the Round House, a lovely building nestled into the woods.
The Round House has nine bedrooms with either single or double beds (some rooms
have one bed in them, some have two), three bathrooms (two with showers), a
common room, and a mini-kitchen. If you are coming with a
friend, please specify so that you can share a room. Participants will
be assigned beds based on availability.
We are sorry that
no scholarships are available for lodging/room & board for this workshop.
The Workshop Fee is in addition to the Lodging.
Workshop Fee

$400 - due two weeks before the workshop begins;
$350 early bird rate if paid before September 1, 2010.
Full or partial scholarships are
available by application; application deadline is September 15, 2010 .

Payment Policy:
Your deposit (your lodging for
the full five nights, plus a $50 materials fee) is due at the time of registration. The balance - the Workshop Fee
- is due
two weeks
prior to the workshop beginning. An
invoice will be sent to you as a reminder prior to payment due
dates.
Refund Policy:
Please understand that you are
making an intentional commitment to us and your self when you register for
the Sacred Doula Workshop. Your deposit covers your lodging for the
full five nights plus a $50 materials fee. We must pay a
non-refundable deposit and reserve your room at the retreat center when you
register , even if you cancel. Plus, you may be preventing another
deserving woman from attending. So, if you cancel for any reason,
there is NO REFUND of your deposit. If you cancel 6 weeks or more
before the workshop, your Workshop Fee may be refunded. If you must
cancel less than 6 weeks before the workshop, your Workshop Fee (minus a
$50 processing fee) may be
refunded if your spot can be filled by another participant on a waitlist.
If your spot cannot be filled, the amount of your Workshop Fee will
be applied to another workshop held by Big Belly Services within the next
year.
Cancellation by Big Belly Services Policy:
If fewer than 10 people have
registered by October 1, 2010, the workshop may be cancelled and all
Deposits and Workshop Fees will be refunded in full.
