Birth Doula Workshops -
enCircle Birth Doula Workshops are a unique format for
preparing you to be a doula. The small-group format allows
for in-depth discussion of topics and more individualized attention than a
large class can offer. Workshops are offered in Seattle in
either a 8-week evening or 6-week weekday series.
Located at Big Belly Services in Seattle, WA.

Advancing Sacred Birth
Practices -
Don't miss this amazing opportunity to connect with other birth
professionals in one of the most sacred spaces in the Northwest!
Are you a birth professional in need of rest and
rejuvenation? Do you crave time to share your dreams and frustrations
with your sisters who also work in the birthing community?
The Advancing Sacred Birth Practices workshop invites women who work with
birthing families (midwives, doulas, L&D nurses, childbirth educators, and
birth physicians) to join us in our Red Tent experience for a time of
sharing and rejuvenation. During our time together, we will
engage in rituals that feed your spirit, learn new skills that will enhance
your work,
honor the inherent interplay of birth and Nature, and connect with
other powerful women who will inspire you. You will leave this
workshop with increased energy and ability to serve the families you work
with!

VBAC Preparation
- For couples planning a Vaginal Birth After Cesarean, this interactive class focuses on creating a positive mindset for birthing
normally, reviewing aspects of your past birth experience(s), building your coping skills,
and connecting with other parents who are sharing a similar experience. Check the

Lesbian Birth Preparation Weekend -
This class provides a safe and comfortable space to explore pregnancy,
birth, and motherhood within the context of being a lesbian couple. Topics
traditionally covered in a childbirth preparation class will be covered in
addition to addressing issues specific to lesbian couples.

Katie Pedersen. Learn all about the various type of slings and wraps
available, how to use them, and tips on the art of baby-wearing from this
experienced instructor and baby-wearing mom!

- Worried about the impact of diapers on the environment?
Want to support your baby's body awareness? Interested in how to
enhance your communication with your infant? This class offers
expectant parents and parents of
young babies a chance to learn from successful diaper-free parents,
to get helpful hints, and to ask questions about how to get
started, what to expect, and where to turn to for support and
